Brianna Kouretas is the founder of Ecko Mktg, a Las Vegas-based marketing consultancy specializing in strategic media planning, campaign strategy, and performance-driven marketing.
With over a decade of experience in advertising, media, and client strategy, Brianna has built her career on positioning brands for visibility, growth, and measurable results—particularly within the highly competitive Las Vegas market.
She began her career in hospitality and marketing with The ONE Group before spending nearly nine years at Greenspun Media Group, one of Las Vegas’ largest media companies. As a Senior Account Executive, she developed and managed advertising campaigns across leading publications, including Las Vegas Magazine, Las Vegas Weekly, Vegas2Go, Vegas Inc, and LasVegasSun.com, consistently ranking as a top-performing sales executive.
She later expanded her expertise into experiential marketing and event strategy at CSI DMC (now Cohera), where she sold large-scale corporate events and helped bring brand experiences to life. She also played a key role in launching Vegas Prime Magazine, further strengthening her background in media and advertising strategy.
Brianna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with a minor in Marketing from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and is certified in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and HubSpot Email Marketing. Her approach blends modern digital strategy, AI-driven tools, and data-backed decision-making with a strong foundation in traditional marketing principles.
She brings both a strategic and creative lens to every campaign, focusing on messaging, positioning, and execution that drives results. Known for her collaborative approach, she helps clients build the right marketing mix while also exploring bold, out-of-the-box ideas that set them apart.
